You’ll find the summary of the most important dates for Bogforum 2025 here.
The program for Bogforum’s official stages is developed in collaboration with Bogforum’s Advisory Exhibition Committee, the Non-Fiction Working Group, and the Children’s Bogforum Working Group.
Proposals for Bogforum’s official stage program must be entered into this form and sent as a single Word file (not a PDF). Only submissions that meet the above criteria will be considered.
Suggestions/nominations should be sent to: program@bogforum.dk.
In addition to providing author names and titles of current publications (basic information), you are welcome to suggest special event formats for consideration by the respective committees.
Please note that we do not accept submissions for Bogforum’s School Program. The school program is developed in consultation with teachers and does not require current publications for author participation.
We operate with two submission deadlines for the stage program:
The majority of stage slots will be allocated during the first submission round.
You can expect to receive a response regarding which of your authors have been allocated a stage slot by mid-May (for authors submitted in the first round) and early August (for authors submitted in the second round).
Please note: Having a stand at this year’s Bogforum is a prerequisite for having authors featured on the stages.
Here you'll find all the orientation e-mails we've sent out in relation to Bogforum 2025:
The information sheet regarding Bogforums Debutantpris was included in the second general orientation email in mid-May.
If you need to have it resent, please reach out to us at bogforum@bogforum.dk.
As in previous years, it is possible to purchase stage time on the Bella Stage. Sales of stage slots open on March 1 and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings should be sent to booking@bogforum.dk.
You can read more about bookings at Bellascenen here (in Danish).
The deadline for program texts for the Bella Stage is in early August.

The backend of this year’s online programme (UdstillerGuide) is now open, and it is already possible for you as exhibitors to update or create your Exhibitor Page, so you can appear on our online exhibitor list.
The exhibitor list is already published at program.bogforum.dk, and once you update/create and (re)publish your Exhibitor Page, you will appear on the list (once we have verified in the system that you are officially exhibiting at Bogforum 2025). If you have not yet created or updated your Exhibitor Page, we recommend doing so as soon as possible!
How do I login as an exhibitor?
Login for previously registered users
If you participated in Bogforum in 2023 or 2024 – and the same person is responsible for managing your exhibitor page – you can reuse your login from last year.
Log in here.
Creating a new user (if you did not participate in 2023 or 2024)
You can create your UdstillerGuide user here.
In the field “Angiv venligst den oplyste kode for at oprette din bruger som udstiller” use the code Bogforum2025 to gain access.
On the registration page, you’ll find a how-to video and a step-by-step guide to help you create your user profile.
Please note: Only one user profile should be created per contract/stand. If several people need to access or edit the exhibitor page, simply share the login information internally.
When you create your exhibitor page, stand numbers will be added by us/UdstillerGuide. Therefore, it may take some time before the stand number appears on your page.
Transferring your exhibitor page to a new contact person
If you have a new main contact/responsible person for Bogforum and need to transfer access to your existing exhibitor page:
Create a new user for the new contact person, and then email Johannes at info@udstillerguide.dk to request the transfer of your existing exhibitor page to the new user.
What can I upload?
On your Exhibitor Page, you can present yourself as an exhibitor. If you want to appear on Bogforum’s online exhibitor list, you must create an exhibitor page.
Under “Scenedeltagere”, you can register authors or other individuals who will appear at your stand or on one of Bogforum’s official stages.
To gain access to Bogforum, your authors must be registered here (deadline to follow). Authors or individuals listed under “Stage Participants” will appear in the public list of participating people and must be involved in an event either on the official stages or your stand to receive access.
Under “Aktiviteter”, you can list events happening at your stand. These activities will appear in either the Bogforum Programme, the Children’s Bogforum Programme, or Other Activities, depending on how they are categorized.
Note: This year, we’ve removed the “Kig ind” activity type previously used for all-day activities. These should now be registered as regular activities.

The Exhibitor Portal for ordering additional stand services is now open. If you are registered
as an exhibitor, you will have received an email with login details.

be added in August.
